DESIGN FEATURES: Seamless design eliminates caulking required with other corner materials. Caps outside corners of lap or vertical siding. Impact resistant to withstand normal abuse. Provides an excellent drainage plane. Cedar Texture to simulate wood appearance with vinyl advantages. Use with siding fireplaces, dormer windows, siding garages, etc

No rotting or rusting. Lightweight, easy to install, durable. Has full 3-1/2" corner reveal to resemble 1x4 appearance

NOTES: Use light or pastel paint colors only on Tamlyn PVC or Sherwin-Williams Vinyl Safe™ Paint. Tamlyn vinyl products are not warranted if painted with other dark color paint

INSTALLATION SUGGESTION:

· Hand nail only (no pneumatic nailing)

· Do not flush nail, allow 1/16" gap between vinyl and nails

· 1/4" gap at top and bottom (caulk where applicable)

· Keep all nails from siding minimum 6" from edge of vinyl corner

· Do not butt siding to corner, allow 1/4" gap

· Any deviation from these installation instructions will void warranty

· Tamlyn Plankcorner® Outside Corner can be used with either 45° bay window application or 90° corner application. Tamlyn Plankcorner® is preset to be used on 90°. To use our Plankcorner® in 45° application, corner must be set face down on clean surface and use foot pressure on the weak side of the Plankcorner® (inside) as seen on the illustration. Do not apply pressure on front side, as this will bend product
